JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: K9 Advisors Executive Administrative Assistant
REPORTS TO: Edel Miedes – Owner and President of K9 Advisors


SUMMARY:
Executive Administrative Assistant responsibility is to ensure the highest quality service and support the owner and operations of K9 Advisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Include but not limited to the following:
-Minimum 5 years administrative assistance experience required
-Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
-Responsible for being knowledgeable of all dog training services, pricing and resources provided by K9Advisors
-Must have knowledge and sales ability to book appointments and meetings needed.
-Must have knowledge of basic computer programs such as word, excel, power point, etc..
-Proficient in social media site management- IE, Facebook, Twitter
-Responsible for maintaining a lead log for all potential clients, respond and follow up in a timely manner, while using and implementing proper systems set up specifically to accomplish this goal. In addition, using ledgers in excel spreadsheets and provide operation reports weekly (ie tracking reports)
-Organizing and maintaining efficiency of all K9 Advisors operations using established systems and newly implemented ones that manage everything from the initial prospect client to the highest quality clients services while supporting the business owner with expansion projects.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:
-Support business owner, all K9 Advisors trainers, organize their schedules, appointments and meetings
-Be proactive and productive in resolving and handling issues independently when necessary
-Daily filing of clients, trainer and corporate operation files, as well as keeping correspondence properly organized.
-Perform all daily duties while handling projects as assigned by management.
-Handle and care for animals when needed

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be an animal lover, have an elegant polished appearance and sense of style compatible with the desired image at all times
-Must possess a fundamental knowledge and enjoyment of exceptional client service and social etiquette
-Must be able to create letters, email or correspondence to all clients and potential clients in a professional and business manner
-Excellent people skills, interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people
-Demonstrates initiative and works well independently
-Attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task and handle pressure with grace

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
-Physical Demands: Ability to move items, small boxes, ability to spend extended period of time viewing a computer screen.
-Scheduling: The employee is subject to schedule changes as required by the job and his/her supervisor. This may include working weekends, events, working after the course of normal business hours and at other times as required by the job. The employee is subject to these schedule changes on as little notice as 24 hours prior.
